The Nightmare Before Christmas: Queen of the Damned

It's high time for a vampire film. I love vampires.

No live reactions today. I tried it for a bit, but everything I wrote sucked (not in a good way).

Post-movie postmortem: yes, almost everything about this movie is terrible. It's a piss-poor adaptation of Anne Rice's novels filled with woeful special effects, wooden acting, nonsensical plot, and whiny nu metal. But I still love it. Marius is delightful, the narration is charmingly overblown (which is in keeping with Lestat's character, at least), and it just makes me happy.

Four stars.
