The Legend of the 7 Golden Vampires

This 1974 co-production by Hammer Film Productions and Shaw Brothers Studio is the final Hammer Dracula film, and the only one where Dracula appears and is not Christopher Lee. The new guy is not good.

The idea of a martial arts/horror hybrid is interesting, but this attempt does not work.

Given how racist this one manages to be with heavy Chinese involvement in the production and financing, I think we’re all glad that the India-set followup Kali, Devil Bride of Dracula was never filmed.
