I Know What You Did Last Summer (2025)

“Nothing holds people accountable like a good old-fashioned murder spree.”

Shallow nostalgia bait that mostly fails to justify its own existence. It has a very strange view of what modern young people sound like, defangs itself by making what they did last summer notably less bad, and never really builds up tension. It’s a shame, really, because there are some solid performances here, but with no script to back them up they signify nothing.
