I’m pretty sure that’s supposed to be Cernunnos, since he’s described as the Horned One, but that’s not really important. What’s important is Robin Sachs as the mysterious shopkeeper with a (possible) hidden agenda and more knowledge of magic than one would expect, exactly one year before Buffy’s “Halloween” in which he portrays a mysterious shopkeeper with a hidden agenda and more knowlede of magic than one would expect.

Best episode yet. It’s worryingly plausible that that’s because Mitch was sidelined for most of it and they had a guest who can actually act, because we can’t count on those things happening every episode.
