Halloween 2026: Day 18

Hot Zombie

• 2 oz gold rum
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 0.5 oz passion fruit syrup
• 0.5 oz lime juice
• 1 tsp brown sugar
• 0.5 tsp butter
• 4 oz boiling water

Surprisingly good.

The Craft: Legacy

“So whenever we do a spell, we always cast a circle first. Think of it as, you know, making a container to hold all of our energies.”

“And to keep the bad shit out.”

One of the big things this film was missing was a sense of legacy. It’s not really engaging with the narrative or themes of the original, just another movie about teenage witches. It also spends way too much time on Timmy for no payoff.
