Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives

“Now see what you’ve done. You made my deputy draw his revolver! He’s been dying to try out his new mail-order laser scope!”

Better than the last one, but that’s not saying much. It’s a bit whiplash-inducing to go from the last movie’s langorous perusal of the female cast’s naked bosoms to this one’s single (clothed) sex scene. It was pretty pacey and attempted to inject some humour, which I guess puts it near the top for this series?
